Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you,

We are pleased to welcome you once again to our annual meeting, during which we review the Company’s financial performance for the year 2025. We would also like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to the brave men and women of Kuwait who remained vigilant in defending our beloved nation against the unjust aggression that targeted our country during a challenging period for our nation and the Gulf region as a whole. We pray to Almighty Allah to grant them strength and steadfastness, to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon those who lost their lives, to swiftly lift this hardship from our beloved country and our neighboring nations, and to continue blessing us with security, peace, stability, and prosperity throughout our region and the world.

This year, we present to you the financial statements of Waterfront Real Estate Company K.S.C. (Closed) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The Company recorded a net loss of KD 25,283. Total assets amounted to KD 19,855,142, while total shareholders’ equity reached KD 19,977,567. The Company’s total liabilities stood at only KD 26,973, representing approximately 0.15% of both total assets and total shareholders’ equity, respectively.
